Order Processing & Dispatch

Our cut-off times are provided as a guideline and may vary due to payment verification or public holidays. We aim to ship all ready-to-ship items within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed. Please note that delays due to customs are beyond our control.

Shipping Address & Delivery

  • No changes can be made to your shipping address once your order has been dispatched.

  • All orders require a signature upon delivery. However, at residential addresses, packages may occasionally be left at the door.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 15–20 business days, depending on your destination. For real-time updates on your shipment, feel free to contact our customer care team.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD to the US, UK, Canada, Guyana and Trinidad, and select international locations.

Remote Area Fees

Some zip codes fall under courier-defined remote zones. A $40 USD remote area fee may apply if your address is outside standard delivery zones.

Address Changes

Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified. If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After dispatch, address changes are not guaranteed, and if approved by the courier, a $20 USD address change fee will apply.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse your order upon delivery, a 75% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Insurance & Lost Packages

Your order is insured during transit until it's marked as delivered. If a package is lost in transit, we’ll take full responsibility.
However, we are not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Any damage after a package is left at your address
    If you’ve had issues with package theft in the past, we strongly recommend using a work address or requesting courier pickup at a nearby service center.

If your order is a gift or being received by someone else, a signature from them or anyone at the delivery address confirms successful delivery.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, we unfortunately cannot be held liable. For secure delivery, consider using a work address or coordinating directly with the courier using your tracking number.

Taxes & Duties

Orders shipped outside the U.S. are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in the purchase price.

  • As the recipient, you are responsible for these charges upon delivery.

U.S. Customers: You will be charged any duties or tariffs due to recent changes (April 3, 2025) related to U.S. trade policy.
